La Caleta, Lanzarote, 2020
Taken in Lanzarote, on the edge of a massive mountain called Caleta Famara. This photograph is a carefully composed landscape with a small female figure covered with a light fabric flowing in the wind. My muse and wife, Ana, posed for this photo. It was only after I had made and viewed them that I realized that I had perhaps been inspired by the extraordinary paintings of Salvador Dalí, who quite often included tiny figures in his detailed landscape masterpieces. Brodziak's motto is: "You are what you see", so follow your own interpretation and get inspired!
